About This Unit

This beautiful mountain home can sleep up to 9 people, and will make a wonderful place for a couples' retreat or getaway for a larger group of family or friends!

Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, plus an additional twin day bed with trundle and sleeper sofa, provide plenty of sleeping space for everyone!

On the lower level of the Catamount Lodge is the bedroom with a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle, and a recreation room with sleeper sofa, which makes a perfect location for a family or for the kids to sleep. There is a large flat screen TV in the rec room as well. The main level of the home has two more bedrooms -- one with a queen bed, and a gorgeous master bedroom with a queen bed, cozy wood-burning fireplace, and doors leading out to the deck.

The master has a spacious, spa-like bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. There are two more guest bathrooms, one on the lower level with a walk-in shower, and another on the main level with a tub/shower combination. A powder room is also located on the main level.

You will love the rustic beauty of the Catamount Cabin's living room, where the warm leather furniture, woodwork, and the imposing rock fireplace that is the focal point of the room compete with the gorgeous mountain views waiting just outside the glass doors leading to the wrap-around deck.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a double oven, large refrigerator, and island will make it a treat to entertain in these gorgeous surroundings!

Other amenities that will help to ensure a wonderful experience for you at the Catamount Lodge are air conditioning, WiFi, a nice gas grill on the deck, a 2-car garage and ample parking for other vehicles and trailers, and 40 acres to roam and explore!

We ask that guests please be respectful of the neighbors; ATV's are not permitted to be ridden anywhere but on the road.

No outdoor fires are permitted at any of the Catamount properties per the HOA Bylaws, as a result of the possibility of a forest fire.

Please note: For winter stays (November 1 to May 1), a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required.

No pets, please!

If you're planning a reunion or larger retreat, the Catamount Cabin and Barn are a short walk from the Catamount Lodge (altogether, the three properties can sleep up to 17 people!).

ADVANCE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY: All reservations require an advance deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of each reservation at the time the reservation is made, payable by credit card. Guest will receive a reservation confirmation and guest statement within 24 hours of booking and paying the deposit. The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Preferred method of payment is credit card. To make final payments, Guest will receive a final payment reminder with instructions to pay the balance online. Guest may also contact OVR by phone with credit card information, or may notify OVR by email to use the same credit card that was used for the deposit. Upon payment of final balance, Guest will receive a guest statement within 24 hours of payment, and a welcome letter with check-in information (to include after-hours check-in)approximately 10 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Cancellations at least 61 days prior to arrival date are entitled to a full refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival date result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Failure to pay final payment in the allotted time will result in a cancellation of the reservation, and forfeiture of deposit.
