This townhome gives the homey feel of a cabin with its warm, wood finishes and wood burning fireplace. It is an end unit with the riverwalk trail literally taking off from the front door.
The entry level has a washer and dryer and access to the 1-car garage. The second level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, access to the deck, and a half bath. The upper floor houses two bedrooms, one with a king and one with 2 twins, and a full bath.
All of the River Park Townhomes have upgraded WiFi and satellite TV services. A DVD player is also provided for your use.
There is also a wood-burning stove for chilly nights.
The deck overlooking the river is a great place to enjoy a book or a glass of wine, and for cooking and dining out there is a picnic area just outside the townhome a picnic and charcoal grill.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY: All reservations require an advance deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of each reservation at the time the reservation is made, payable by credit card. Guest will receive a reservation confirmation and guest statement within 24 hours of booking and paying the deposit. The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Preferred method of payment is credit card. To make final payments, Guest will receive a final payment reminder with instructions to pay the balance online. Guest may also contact OVR by phone with credit card information, or may notify OVR by email to use the same credit card that was used for the deposit. Upon payment of final balance, Guest will receive a guest statement within 24 hours of payment, and a welcome letter with check-in information (to include after-hours check-in)approximately 10 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Cancellations at least 61 days prior to arrival date are entitled to a full refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival date result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Failure to pay final payment in the allotted time will result in a cancellation of the reservation, and forfeiture of deposit.
