The stunning landscape and wildlife await just outside your door with a meandering canal, three fresh water ponds, and greenery surrounded by pristine Wildlife Wetlands. The open floor plan villa boasts a private primary suite upstairs and a rooftop hot tub with stunning nearly 360• views of the surrounding vistas, including the famed Three Sisters mountains.

Our home features an open floor plan living space, has gorgeous views from the comfort of daybed couches, a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of chopped wood, and a 128” theater screen projector with surround sound to stream AppleTV, Prime or Hulu. The villa is fully wired indoors and out with a Sonos music system and speakers. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with one indoor and two outdoor grills, assorted cookware, Nespresso and drip coffee, and so much more.

Outside you’ll also find a basketball half-court, a 100 yard golf hole/range, bicycles to explore the neighborhood, a canoe & pedal boat to explore the large pond*, and kayaks and stand-up paddle boards which can be used for leisure paddling on the pond* or taken to one of the many local rivers and lakes for more adventurous water sports.

Our home is pet friendly. 2 dogs max, $40/per day up to $250. No cats or other types of pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
