Enjoy Moab’s finest location and the great outdoors in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level townhome. Great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area. A 2 car garage plus 3 additional driveway spaces and plentiful on street parking makes this home extremely convenient for bringing all your trailers and toys! Completely fenced in back yard is great for pets and younger children!

An open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group with a 60” TV and fireplace in the living room, a 45” TV in the master bedroom, 32” TV in the queen bedroom, WIFI and a washer/dryer (detergent is provided). A protected courtyard with a Kitchen Aid BBQ plus multiple other outdoor seating areas and a private fenced back yard makes this home perfect for kids and pets. Plenty of games and guide books are also provided and the ping pong table is located in the garage.

The community indoor pool is one of the only year round pools in Moab.

PETS: If you are staying in one of our pet friendly units, you will be charged a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great quiet spot!

My husband and I came to Moab for a 10 day mountain biking and hiking trip. We are early to bed/early to rise people so having a quiet home to ourselves makes travel so much better. This home was perfect. Quiet but close to town. Also right near the bike park/pump track. The garage was great for storing our bikes safely (& keeping the car cooler—it was June)!

Comfortable, Dog Friendly Home

We loved our stay at this pet friendly home! It's in the perfect location to walk to eat and the yard was great for the dog. The place itself is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could have wanted and we really appreciated the garage. I will say, oddly, the ceiling lights in the kitchen didn't work but the overall lighting in the home was bright enough to be able to work around that little glitch. Also, I accidentally left my Apple charger and cord behind and did call the management company to ask if it was found as I knew right where I left it plugged in but never heard anything more. That was my fault for leaving it behind, however, and absolutely no reflection on the quality or cleanliness of the home. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Moab!

Redrocks rock

Moab is the center of 8-10 different canyon drives depending on your vehicle.
The house was great for us. Three bedrooms two baths were great as we had company twice. Our soninlaw and daughter came to visit. First two weeks we beat the crowds when spring break hit the population tripled!
A bonus to have our dog along!

Moab serenity

We enjoyed our stay at this duplex. Very quiet area (even though next to hospital) and less than a mile to the main strip in town. Very comfortable home, good beds, A/C and outdoor area.

A Gem!

Comfortable Stay at a Convenient Location

The VRBO unit was perfect for a colleague and I as we were in town for 2 weeks for work. We had so much room and the kitchen was perfect for preparing daily meals. The location is great for biking or walking to town. The location also provides great, safe access to the bike path that travels to the north. The locks are a little complicated to figure out (better instructions may have helped initially). We had a problem with the door (came off its hinges) that accesses the garage, but it was repaired the very next morning.
Thanks for your feedback. As per your suggestion, we have enhanced the access instructions.
